SUSTAINABILITY SURCHARGE

In an effort to support the long-term health of our restaurants and our team, The Pulpo Group applies a 3% Sustainability Surcharge to all checks across our restaurants.

At an everyday level, this surcharge directly supports responsible sourcing from local farmers and producers, ensuring high-quality ingredients, fair wages for our employees, and reduced waste without continually raising menu prices. It also helps offset environmental impacts, sustainable packaging, rising food and operational costs, and supports our overall operations. More broadly, it contributes to our ongoing sustainability and environmental restoration initiatives, from protecting local waterways and restoring natural landscapes to building a more resilient food system in Ann Arbor and across Michigan.
