Job Details

The Bartender is responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences at the bar preparing, creating, and delivering consistent and high-quality beverages for all the guests. They understand the complexity of the bar and thrive to be an influential leader. We strive to provide exceptional guest service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a great handle on all liquors/wine/beer and must be able to educate staff on our Alcoholic beverages.

Core Duties & Responsiblities

  • Greets guests in a positive, friendly & timely manner, making them feel welcome.

  • Guide guests through all phases of their experience.

  • Exhibit proper knowledge, service techniques and delivery of Food and Beverage offerings.

  • Oversee bar maintenance and coordinate service at the bar with fellow team members.

  • Work with a sense of urgency at all times to provide anticipatory service which anticipates the guests’ needs and appreciates the fine details of service.

  • Communicate with management and all other service staff regarding all customer needs, comments or incidents.

  • Follow all procedures and policies set forth by the company, division and Health Department following all health and safety regulations.

  • Contributes to a productive work culture by staying focused and finding ways to improve self and others.

  • Maintain opening, running, and closing side work throughout each shift and keep the bar clean, organized and well-stocked at all times.

  • Participate in pre-shift and attend bar meetings and all staff meetings.

Additional Expectations

  • Ability for memorize exact recipes and follow proper portioning of ingredients

  • Ability to execute in a high volume atmosphere

  • Ability to take direction and work in a team environment

  • Attention to detail

  • Unwilling to compromise on our standards or accept short cuts

  • Consistent in performance and reliability

  • Has experience crafting cocktails


  • 1-2 Years experience

  • Proven restaurant serving experience

  • Hands-on experience in POS duties

  • Consistent in performance and reliability

  • Able to work in sync with the flow of the restaurant

Compensation Details

$5/hr plus tips
