Job Details
Servers oversee every aspect of the guest experience, providing excellent service and genuine hospitality. Servers are expected to follow the steps of service while contributing to the overall flow of the restaurant operations. Servers are experts on food and beverage menus while curating an individualized experience to the guest or group’s needs and desires.
Core Duties & Responsibilities
Greet guests with gratitude and sincerity within 30 seconds of seating.
Provide detailed menu tours to guests. Must be experts on our food and beverage menus and offerings. Able to respond to questions about ingredients, preparation methods, and allergen/dietary restrictions to safely accommodate dining needs.
Expected to be able to read what type of experience guests are seeking and tailor a personalized menu overview.
Anticipate guest needs and handle each aspect of the experience.
Adhering to the steps of service unconditionally and consistently. Able to find ways to go above & beyond to enhance each diner's experience.
Drive sales and the guest check average by maintaining job knowledge and paying attention to how we can always best or better serve our guests.
Contributing to the efficiency and overall flow of the restaurant while maintaining opening, running, and closing side work throughout the shift.
Engage in pre-shift and other educational opportunities for continuous learning.
Contributes to teamwork by holding self and teammates accountable to the standards of excellence.
Demonstrate positive, productive, and encouraging work ethic. Contributes to our healthy work culture.

Requirements
1-2 Years experience
Proven restaurant serving experience
Hands-on experience in POS duties
Consistent in performance and reliability
Able to work in sync with the flow of the restaurant
Compensation Details
$3.84/hr plus tips
