Job Details

Responsibilities of this position include working with the pastry team to produce daily pastry prep lists and maintain a clean and organized workstation. Uphold the highest standards, providing delicious, innovative and consistent products at all times for the The Dixboro Project.


Core Duties & Responsiblities

  • Prepare pastry items in cooperation with the rest of the team. Ensure that food is prepared and presented with the highest standards of quality. Prepare menu items with a sense of urgency.

  • Use all available resources to maintain timely, consistent and quality execution of all pastry products including packaged, retail, brunch buffet, restaurant and catering menu items.

  • Produce creative and high quality pastries in terms of taste, presentation and value. Consistently fulfill orders in terms of quantity, variety and quality of pastry product.

  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Follow proper storage and sanitation procedures. Utilize baking equipment according to food safety protocol.

  • Contribute to a positive atmosphere and help create a team oriented work environment.
